She is a phenomenal investment professional, having over 15 years of experience in the finance and investments industry. ErikaBlair has emerged as a powerful advocate for financial empowerment especially in underserved communities. ErikaBlair’s passion is education. In 2015, she founded Young WallStreet Inc., a 501c3 non-profit that teaches youth how to build wealth through investing. This has allowed her to be a driving force behind transformative financial literacy and investment programs. Under her leadership, the organization has significantly elevated financial awareness and capability in marginalized communities. She has successfully secured sponsorships from notable organizations, that have allowed her to further her mission of fostering affluence in underrepresented groups.

Professionally, ErikaBlair has over 15 years experience as a Financial Consultant and Advisor, working for companies such at Merrill Lynch and Advocacy Wealth Management. Her tenure as an Adjunct Professor at Clark Atlanta University showcases her prowess in academia, where she has been instrumental in developing finance curriculums and mentoring students. She currently serves as adjunct Professor of Finance at University of Memphis.
ErikaBlair holds a series of licenses and certifications, including CRPCĀ®, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, reflecting her comprehensive knowledge in the field. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration/Finance at the University of Memphis, further solidifying her expertise.
